Where can you practice sport in Salou?
On the beach...
Levante Beach in Salou, located 300 metres from our Aparthotel, offers various options:
There is a multi-sports zone where you can practice beach volleyball, basketball, football and much more. In the high season there are also classes of Aerobics, Zumba and gym. Next to this zone you will find a small, outdoor gym and a kids’ area with different kids’ activities organised by specialised monitors.
- Estación Náutica: this organism offers facilities to practice nautical sports and activities.
- The Club Náutico offers courses to learn different nautical sports like sailing, windsurf, catamaran, Paddle Surf, etc.
Playing tennis...
If yours are racket sports then just 2km from the hotel you will find Club de tenis Salou (Tennis Salou H20)with tennis and paddle courts, as well as some modern sports facilities with Fitness rooms, indoor pool and spa.
By bike...
Cross Country: in the Cape Salou area there are very well prepared Cross Country tracks to practice XC. There are two “field circuits”, one for adults and another for children.
Along the coast: There is a bike lane that runs along the promenades in Salou and goes from Salou to neighbouring Cambrils. 6km of bike lanes where you can enjoy a pleasant ride skirting the sea with all the family.

Shall we play golf?
There are exceptional golf courses in Salou like the courses at the Lumine Golf Club. Designed by Greg Norman, there are two 18-hole and one 9-hole, surrounded by a privileged natural environment with views over the sea.

If what you want is to play football in Salou then there are various options to practice this sport. In addition to the municipal Football Pitch, fully equipped and fitted, there are also various football pitches and municipal pavilions in the districts.
There is also the Salou Football Complex with various pitches and facilities with meeting rooms.
